The project consists of an apartment building for seniors with a range of associated services. Instead of include all uses in one building, one chooses to build two separate buildings but connected by walkways in height, so that the whole behaves as if it were a single building.
There are two levels of public space: Ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor, creating a plaza between the new building and existing buildings, where there are three kinds of pavement: hard pavement, soft floor (ground and grass) and semi-hard pavement as resting area (wood). On the first floor public space is south facing, so enjoys the sun throughout the day. It has taken great care to surround the entire building and leisure parks for the enjoyment of the elderly. It also complies with the current output ambulance of the east building, and creates a new ambulance garage on the ground floor of building services.
The housing building has interior corridors that cross the building from north to south, connecting the various public spaces and square with the rest of the city. With has, all the homes have at least three orientations. The service building accommodates a garage for four ambulances on ground floor; reading room, cinema, billiards, dancing and entertainment room on the first floor; three lecture rooms connected each other on the second floor; and two offices, a meeting room and kitchenette (Teeküche) on third floor.
The apartment building has four floors: on the ground floor are the grocery shops and retail; on the first floor, dwellings of 36 m2; on the second floor, dwellings of 72m2; on the third floor, 108 m2 penthouses. The spacing between penthouses dwellings of the last floor and terraces in the second floor is carried out by walls of plants.

In terms of materials, the housing building is selected to maintain dark brickwork integration with the site, except on the ground floor where there is monolayer mortar. The woodwork is all of black wood. In the service building is chosen by the whole mortar monolayer with some holes in glass. On the first floor, all the facade is u-glass to create a focal point when lit at night. To unify the composition of the main facade the building has a vertical structure of galvanized steel rectangular bars.
